Return & Refund Policy
At Valdry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French and European Union consumer law, you have a legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. At Valdry, we go beyond this and give you a full 30 days to request a return.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original tags and labels must still be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Underwear and socks, for hygiene reasons, once tried on or with the hygiene seal removed
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@valdry.fr with photos and details of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue before processing a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund when applicable.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes.
