Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• France: 7–15 business days
• European Union: 7–15 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders delivered within France and the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country's authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Valdry is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

International Shipping

International shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
